今天要翻的這首是R.E.M

全名是Rapid Eye Moment 

叫做快速眼動期 也被稱做異相睡眠或是去同步睡眠

此階段時眼球會快速移動 身體肌肉會放鬆 多數醒來後能夠回憶起的夢就是由REM睡眠造成的(長知識了)

基本上叫做快速眼動期會比較好 但用這做翻譯歌名總感覺不太好聽

就用異相睡眠了 聽起來比較好聽XD

值得一提的是這首歌原本是我們碧昂絲腿B在2013的同名專輯的棄曲

結果在5年後被Ari收錄在自己的專輯了

我個人認為兩個版本都很讚♥ 分不出哪一個比較好

但要是兩人合作這首一定更棒♥
