在第一張專輯的成功之下 Billie也沒有停下過他的腳步

陸續推出了Everything I Wanted, No Time To Die, My Future等我個人覺得算是先填飽粉絲胃口的幾支單曲

個人覺得這幾支單曲都不是為了接下來的BE2在鋪墊 感覺是為了維持Billie的能見度所釋出的歌曲

而在成名爆紅後 隨著迎向Billie的是滿滿的關注跟壓力

媒體對他的一舉一動都處處提防

近來他被狗仔捕捉到一個身材走樣的照片 並被廣為流傳放大檢視

tbh我一開始有被嚇到啦 但後來想想

就宛若Billie常提到的 他非常討厭body shaming 那我們又有什麼資格拿放大鏡檢視他的身材呢

Her body is hers. 他想怎麼樣就怎麼樣 身體的自主是無人能干涉的

Billie曾在一個interview提到說 大家似乎對"身材"這個詞特別敏感 就好像我穿得稍微寬鬆一點就是胖子 而穿得少一點就是蕩婦一樣

而Therefore I Am 採取的低喃式搭配一種"I am who I am"風格的歌詞似乎就是以一種Billie的方式在跟世界抗議一樣

跟他前幾隻偏為emotional的單曲不一樣的風格 Therefore I Am有點回到了Bad Guy和Bury A Friend那種為為黑暗卻又吸引人的Billie專屬風格

個人初聽就覺得非常attractive 

而這支MV也是相當有趣 在MV裡Billie自導自演實現了許多人的fantasy

在shopping mall無人的時候恣意任為 雖然經費看似不足 但這種悠閒式的風格也是在疫情跟Billie MV風格間取得了完美的平衡點
